Join Our Culinary Team as a Commis Chef!
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Commis Chef to join our Kitchen Department. Reporting directly to the Head Chef, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving both general and specialised meals to our guests in accordance with menu guidelines and recipes.
Key Responsibilities: - Ensure guest and staff safety, participate in safety drills, and report hazards.
- Prepare meals with quality and presentation in line with Resort standards.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
- Assist apprentices and perform baking, pastry cooking, and butchering.
- Communicate efficiently with food and beverage staff.
What We're Looking For: - Great people skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Exceptional grooming, presentation, and organisational skills.
- Able to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Certificate in Commercial Cookery and Food Safety Course essential.
- Previous experience in a multi-outlet resort/hotel environment.
