About The Role

Located in the heart of Airlie Beach - within our Sales Centre - The Sales Consultant is a Customer Service Superstar!

This role requires energy, dedication, and multi-skilling and offers empowerment and autonomy to a consultant who will work towards meeting & exceeding individual and team goals in support of our divisional goals.

It is imperative the Sales Consultant is willing to develop and learn new skills to enable the performance of the various tasks required in the sales office, including, efficient sales of tour tickets, selling & promoting of an additional range tour products, and delivering excellent customer service

Located in the heart of Airlie Beach, SeaLink Whitsundays is a division of Sealink Marine and Tourism- Australia's largest Marine and Tourism company incorporating Red Cat adventures and Whitsunday Jet Skis.

About You

• Have travelled the East Coast and done tours to Fraser Island, The Whitsundays and in Cairns. - Essential
• Qualification in Telecommunications - Desirable
• Qualification in Travel and Tourism - Desirable
• Sales and customer service experience - Essential
• Experience in working in a fast-paced team to reach goals - Essential
• Experience in the Tourism Industry - Desirable
• Experience in the Transport Industry – Desirable
