About the Role Are you a motivated, detail-oriented professional? We want you to join our team as an Administrative Support Officer! In this exciting role, you will play a vital part in supporting our Bookings and Operations teams, ensuring our services run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage our operations inbox and phone lines, ensuring prompt triage and delegation of requests. Process and verify driver timesheets and allowances, swiftly resolving any discrepancies. Address customer inquiries via application services and general operations, escalating issues as necessary. Oversee lost property, complaints, and incident follow-ups, maintaining accurate records for timely resolutions. Assist with route optimisation, data analysis, and reporting to enhance operational efficiency. Support charter/client administration, including reporting, travel arrangements, and document preparation. Follow up on purchase orders and process payments efficiently. Contribute to special projects and generate performance reports as assigned.
What You Bring - Strong administration and customer service skills with confident communication via phone and email.
- A keen eye for detail and excellent numeracy skills.
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel) and familiarity with operational reports.
- Ability to prioritise competing deadlines, working autonomously and efficiently.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
