Join us at Kingfisher Bay Resort as a Guest Relations Agent (GRA) and help create a seamless, welcoming arrival and departure experience for our K’gari Explorer Tour guests. As one of the first and last team members our guests meet, you’ll set the tone with friendly, efficient service—assisting with luggage, coordinating transfers and ensuring every guest starts and finishes their visit on a high. About the Role As our trusted Guest Relations Agent, your primary focus is picking up and dropping off K’gari Explorer Tour guests. You will greet guests, assist with their luggage, and help deliver a wonderful first and last impression of Kingfisher Bay Resort. This is a permanent part-time position working a variety of shifts, including split shifts (for example 6:00am–9:00am and 5:00pm–7:00pm), approximately 4–5 hours per day, on a 4 days on / 3 days off roster. About You - A valid manual MR licence (essential)
- A current Driver Authority (essential)
- A friendly, professional manner and a genuine passion for customer service
- Motivated, reliable and able to work well in a small, diverse team
- Strong time management and the ability to run to a schedule
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers for basic admin tasks
- Legal right to work in Australia

Key Responsibilities - Drive our well-recognised branded buses/vans/cars to pick up and drop off guests from various locations
- Meet and greet all guests, assist with their luggage, and deliver luggage to the barge at River Heads
- Pack the luggage truck for departing barges
- Liaise with Vessel Masters, Cruise Directors and Deckhands to support safe loading and unloading
- When requested, assist the Mainland Office with check-ins/check-outs and answering incoming calls
- Wash and clean buses and trucks on a regular basis
- Complete daily vehicle checks
- Abide by Workplace Health and Safety rules and regulations at all times
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as directed
