We are recruiting for a Certificate III in Business Trainee to provide administrative assistance at the office located in Gladstone.  The candidate will undertake a Certificate III in Business qualification during the Traineeship.

 

Selection Criteria:

  • Must be eligible to undertake Certificate III in Business Traineeship
  • Driver’s license and reliable transport essential
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • High level of organization skills
  • Have the ability to be a team player
  • Is willing to take directions but eager to ask questions
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite – excel, word, and outlook
  • Display an excellent phone manner and customer service skills
  • Previous administrative experience is not essential but will be beneficial

 This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in an administrative role in a fast-paced office environment. 

 

This position will be a day-work job from Monday to Friday. You would work in close conjunction with the Management and Administration Team.

 

This role requires energy, commitment, initiative, teamwork, multi-skilling, and time management.
