About the role 

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Night Audit Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and seamless flow of the resort's Front Office throughout the Night.

Bring your experience in cash-auditing within a large resort or hotel environment to the professional and dynamic team at Kingfisher Bay Resort. You will be responsible to identify and correct any discrepancies and produce timely and accurate reporting. 

Your ability to provide brilliant customer experiences and adherence to SOP's will be key to success in this role.

About you

• Demonstrated experience working in Front Office operations including Front desk, Porters, Reception/Cashiering procedures & Reservations
• Previous experience in a Supervisory or management role in Night Audit or Front Office
• An understanding of accounting fundamentals and strong numeric skills
• Demonstrated experience in a larger hotel or resort-based environment 
• Knowledge of property management systems and financial accounting systems
• Proficient in using hotel booking software
• Open QLD manual driver’s license
• Hold the right to live and work in Australia
