About the Role
Applications are sought for the position of Full Time Operations Coordinator / Trainer at our Stuart Park Depot.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Co-ordinates the operations of the contracted bus services
Monitors radio channels and assists staff with operational issues
Training Duties as required
Using the TIMS System including preparation of rostering
Bus driving duties as required
Assist with Administration tasks as required
Be flexible and willing to perform a variety of tasks where needed or as directed by the Operations Manager
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
Able to work unsupervised in a small team environment
Desire to develop and mentor staff
Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or the ability to achieve this qualification;
Able to adapt to, follow and enforce Territory Transit policy and procedures
Good problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Computer skills would be an advantage
Possess a current MR or higher Licence with H Endorsement and WWC Permit (Ochre Card).
Have a positive outlook with a friendly and supportive attitude towards Management and staff working in the Depot.
