About the Role
A 12-month maternity leave contract this role plays a key part in providing our guests a superior food service. You will supervise and deliver service of food for Vivonne Bay Lodge and be responsible for the maintenance of health and hygiene standards as required for a commercial kitchen.
This is a permanent part-time role, and during busy periods must be available to work up to 38 hours per week. Must be available to work weekends.
You will preferably have a background in the tourism industry and demonstrated experience in food provisions services.

These key requirements will be complimented by experience and skills in the following areas:
- Food safety course/training
- Responsible Service of Alcohol - Essential
