Swan Transit is actively seeking qualified Panel Beater/ Body Builder to join our workshop team at Karrinyup Depot on a full-time basis offering an excellent work-life balance.

Role & Responsibility:
Reporting to the Workshop Manager, your primary responsibilities would be, but not limited to:
Carrying out bus body repairs, panel replacement, straightening and minor steel fabrication.
Performing unscheduled accident repairs and general maintenance as required.
Annual Licensing Pre-inspection of vehicles of Transperth inspections.
Operating buses when required to support workshop operations.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
Undertaking any other duties consistent with requirements of the relevant JDF.
Selection Criteria:
We’re looking for someone with:
A relevant trade qualification and proven experience.
A Heavy Rigid (HR) class driver’s licence or higher or ability to obtain.
Skills and Knowledge to fulfill the role and a proactive, team-focused attitude.
A strong commitment to workplace health and safety standards.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment.
The ability to meet pre-employment requirements, including a medical assessment and National Police Clearance.
