Maintain accurate fleet, compliance, purchasing and maintenance records across business systems.
Expedite critical parts and services while keeping stakeholders informed of delays and timeframes.
Support invoice, credit note and purchasing documentation queries with suppliers and accounts payable.

About You
You will be a proactive and detail-focused administrator who enjoys working in a busy operational environment and building positive relationships with workshop teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Experience in administration within fleet, workshop, maintenance, transport, procurement or a similar environment.
Strong attention to detail and confidence maintaining accurate records across multiple systems.
Ability to manage competing priorities, follow up suppliers and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
A practical, proactive approach with sound problem-solving skills and initiative.
A valid Heavy Rigid Western Australian driver’s licence is preferred; forklift or high risk licence is desirable.
What we offer
A varied administration role supporting procurement, fleet compliance and workshop operations.

A supportive team environment with exposure to fleet, maintenance, suppliers and finance processes.
A role where accuracy, initiative and strong coordination skills make a visible difference.
