About the Role Kelsian Group is seeking a Talent & Training Specialist to join the Group People & Culture Team on a 12 month, fixed-term contract. The Talent & Training Specialist is responsible for the design, delivery, evaluation and tracking of training across the Group, working in close partnership with the Change & Transformation team. This role plays a key part in building organisational capability by creating engaging learning experiences, supporting talent and succession initiatives, and ensuring training programs align with business needs and the Group's Training & Development Strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality learning outcomes that support employee growth, leadership development and organisational change.
