About the Role The Food and Beverage Duty Manager will be responsible for supporting the Food & Beverage Manager in the operations of the Food & Beverage department at Kingfisher Bay Resort according to the company standard. Responsible for the coordination and supervision of the day-to-day functioning of the Resort’s Food and Beverage outlets, the Food & Beverage Duty Manager will assist in managing the food & beverage outlets in the absence of the Food & Beverage Manager.
Other responsibilities include maximizing profitability, meeting and exceeding customer’s needs and service expectations, ensuring team members are trained to the Kingfisher Bay Resort Standard, and training and supporting all team members in all areas of the operation.
